MyContactUs (MCU) is a compact combination of a windows software application that gives you Instant one-click access to offer Live Support on your website (and it's totally free too!)... It installs in your windows icon tray (by the clock) and is totally hidden until a visitor on your website accesses your support link, once it is accessed a small window (by the clock) will "float" up and stop, to instantly start chatting with the visitor simply click on the small window and the chat dialog appears to start your chat. When your visitor (potential customer) accesses the live support link they are presented with a web-based chat, they do not have to download or install anything, just access the link and start the live chat with you.
